Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Assist in the research, drafting, and editing of compelling content for our blog, newsletters, and website to engage our community and stakeholders.
  • Support the planning and execution of social media content calendars across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter to enhance our digital presence.
  • Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities, comments, and messages, and assist in drafting timely and appropriate responses.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices to inform our strategic planning.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for virtual and in-person workshops, webinars, and community events, including managing RSVPs and preparing materials.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating our contact databases and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop new ideas for campaigns, outreach initiatives, and community engagement programs.
  • Help prepare and format presentations, reports, and internal communications for team meetings and stakeholder updates.
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing data from marketing campaigns and events to help measure performance and impact.
  • Support the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and performance tracking.
  • Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and providing updates on your assigned tasks and projects.
