Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of volunteer program data, including recruitment funnels, retention rates, and engagement levels, to generate actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
  • Design, prepare, and present detailed reports and dashboards for key stakeholders, effectively visualizing program performance, volunteer impact, and progress towards strategic objectives.

  • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the volunteer management system (e.g., Salesforce, Volgistics, Better Impact), overseeing data governance, record updates, and system configuration.
  • Design, develop, and facilitate engaging and effective orientation and ongoing training modules for volunteers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Serve as a key liaison between the volunteer program and internal departments, fostering strong collaborative relationships to ensure the seamless integration of volunteers into all facets of our work.
  • Spearhead the design and implementation of a comprehensive volunteer recognition and appreciation strategy to foster a positive, motivating environment and enhance long-term retention.
  • Skillfully match volunteer skills, interests, and availability with specific organizational needs and project requirements, ensuring a mutually beneficial placement for both parties.

Educational Background

Minimum Education:
