Primary Functions

Support seasonal or peak operations by flexing to different warehouse functions, working extended hours when required, and training in multiple work cells to maintain service levels during high-volume periods.
Engage in quality control checks, including verifying product counts, expiration dates, lot numbers and packaging integrity, and escalating quality issues to supervisors for disposition decisions.
Assist with basic staging and coordination for vendor pickups and carrier interactions, including preparing pallets to carrier specs and ensuring correct documentation accompanies outbound loads.
Document process deviations and contribute to corrective action tracking by using incident reporting tools and participating in follow-up root cause analysis sessions.
