Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Design, build and maintain comprehensive training curricula and learning paths for web users (content authors, marketers, editors, and enterprise clients) that cover CMS workflows, publishing governance, SEO fundamentals, analytics interpretation, and accessibility best practices.

- Administer and configure the Learning Management System (LMS), publish SCORM/xAPI packages, manage user enrollments, track completions, and troubleshoot learner access issues to ensure consistent learning experiences.
- Create role-based onboarding programs for new hires, agency partners, and client teams that reduce time-to-productivity and decrease reliance on support by embedding best-practice workflows and publishing standards.
- Teach practical HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript concepts relevant to content authors and editors, enabling non-developers to troubleshoot common layout issues, embed media, and use templates safely.
- Run train-the-trainer programs to scale enablement across regional teams and partner organizations, equipping internal champions with facilitator guides, lesson plans, and assessment tools.
