Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Lead day‑to‑day supervision of the wireless network team, including assigning tasks, reviewing work, coaching engineers, and delivering performance feedback to meet operational KPIs and SLAs.

- Define and track wireless KPIs and SLAs (availability, latency, throughput, handover success rate), prepare executive reports, and present trend analysis and remediation plans to stakeholders.
- Coordinate wireless implementation projects with cross‑functional teams (data center, security, cabling, facilities) and manage project schedules, budgets, and vendor resources to meet milestones.
