- Create and deliver training materials, job aids, and classroom or virtual training sessions for HR operations and end-users to drive adoption and reduce support tickets after deployments.
- Conduct root-cause analysis of production incidents, lead corrective action plans, coordinate hotfixes or configuration changes across tenants, and maintain a prioritized backlog for continuous improvement requests.
- Manage vendor and third-party partner relationships for integrations, reporting, or payroll processing; review statement of work (SOW) deliverables, validate technical acceptance criteria, and manage acceptance of partner work.
- Support change management activities including stakeholder impact assessments, communications, cutover planning, and post-go-live hypercare to ensure controlled transition and minimize operational disruption.
- Configure and validate Workday Financials modules (if applicable) including Chart of Accounts, journal processing, business unit hierarchies, and period close processes to support integrated HR-to-Finance workflows.
- Build and maintain calculated fields, custom validations, and business rules to enable complex eligibility and transactional logic across HCM modules and ensure consistent behavior across tenant environments.
- Facilitate cross-functional design sessions to align Workday configuration with broader HR digital strategy, HR operating model changes, and enterprise data governance policies to maximize solution scalability and minimize rework.
- Monitor and optimize tenant performance and data integrity by reviewing integration logs, error messages, and daily reconciliation reports; propose configuration or process changes to improve reliability and reduce manual intervention.
