Core Responsibilities

Primary Functions

  • Develop, document, and maintain a global written language style guide and editorial standards that define voice, tone, terminology, punctuation, localization rules, and accessibility guidelines for all product and marketing copy to ensure cross-channel consistency.

  • Design, implement, and manage corpora for linguistic research and machine learning by collecting, cleaning, annotating, and validating corpora for tasks like intent classification, entity recognition, and language model fine-tuning.
  • Define and execute linguistic annotation guidelines and QA workflows for human annotators; perform adjudication and inter-annotator agreement (IAA) checks to maintain annotation quality for NLP training data.
