Core Responsibilities
Primary Functions
- Plan, prepare and deliver safe, effective and engaging yoga classes (group and private) across multiple styles such as Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, Yin, Prenatal and Therapeutic, adapting sequences to meet student ability and objectives.
- Design progressive class sequences and multi-week programs that build strength, flexibility and mindfulness while accounting for anatomical alignment and injury prevention.

- Lead restorative and breathwork (pranayama) sessions that emphasize nervous system regulation, stress reduction and sleep support, integrating meditation and relaxation techniques.
- Teach and manage livestreamed and on-demand online classes with professional camera presence, cueing for virtual students, and technical troubleshooting for platforms used by the studio.
- Maintain class rosters, client records, intake waivers and session notes to ensure continuity of care and compliance with studio policies and local regulations.
- Enforce studio safety protocols, including proper sanitation of props and equipment, emergency response plans and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for all students.
